There are ABC Converters on various sites including Michael Eskin's site or SPUDS No-Frills ABC Editor and Converter

Copy all lines of the ABC text and paste it into the box and click the link. You should then be able to listen to and download the MIDI file.

It appears that there are two tunes used so you need to work out which one you want, and Joe Offer added some MIDI file links at the end of the first post in this thread. The links might not work but you can search for the tunes on the Mudcat MIDIs page and the MIDI file downloads when you click the link.

I kept looking at the title of this thread and thinking Sandy Hollow would be a place in the UK or US but it is possible that it is located up north of here in the Hunter Valley, in NSW Oz. I'll have to check that out.
