Hey Jez, I'm sorry to hear you're under the weather. I know that's no fun and I'm sorry I can't do something to make you feel better. If I were there, I could play my guitar and sing, although that could make you worse; many people have said such about my singing (drummers, mostly).

Well, I can't be there and cheer you up, so I shall have to do it from afar, as best I can.

I hope you get well soon. May all the powers of heaven and earth be at work in your immune system to get you over this as quickly as possible.

And if all else fails, and you feel you just can't go on, remember the words of the wise master, Yuga T'bay K'ding, "Disease is like beer. If it doesn't kill you outright, pretty soon it's over."
