I'm in Maryland but all my ancestors and kin are on or under Maine soil (with a few in New Jersey). My project came out of some gratis genealogical research done for my brother were I discovered this ancestor I did not know about. A web search brought up more info and seemed to aim toward an historical novel or a play. My first attempt at this type of writing but fun to do - put words into my ancestors mouth.
