I learned to play "Pacing the Cage" by Bruce Cockburn just because of the first half-stanza, viz.:

Sunset is an angel weeping
Holding out a bloody sword
No matter how I squint, I cannot
Make out what it's pointing toward...

Ye gods and juleps, if I could write poetry that good.
