Awww petal! ((big hug)) I know what you feel like. I had glandular fever last November - 6 weeks that I couldn't take off school (work! uurgh) combined with anaemia and chronic fatigue syndrome don't make the nicest of combinations. Trouble is, flute's my main instrument (that I can't live without and am permanently attached to), but I couldn't play for SIX WEEKS unless I doused the whole thing in disinfectant inbetween playings, which would do the pads no good...I was limited to piano and fiddle for that time and nearly went mad(der)!
