I'm sorry for your loss, Lyrical Lady.

I'm dealing with loss, too. I held my mother while she was dying a very difficult death on Thanksgiving day this past November. I was able to put off dealing with some of the stuff that comes with that for a while because I ran away from it and went to Canada for a month.

I can't run away from it any more. I have to deal with it now. I'm having a lot of trouble with it. Since I've been a member of the Mudcat, this place has helped me a lot during difficult times. I need the help of the Mudcat right now. I need to be able to come here to refresh my spirit and renew my resolve to do what is needed. But I can't because there are so many angry people here right now.
