Might I suggest that Kat's and Rita's posts with post-op realities be copied in here, or maybe a clicky made from here to those two messages?

I'd also like to suggest that maybe a thread for notes of appreciation to the donor family be made and linked. (If not, I could select-text and print what I can from the existing threads if we get an address for sending them.)
