I recently heard a recording by Cherish the Ladies called "The Galway Rambler". The chorous contains the following: "Jimmy, he's my hope, he's my love and he's my darling..."

Does anyone know if this is a traditional song and, if so, are there other titles by which it's known?

Also, does anyone have the full lyrics, chords and/or know what the reel is that they play during the tune?
