No two people-or couples-ever do things the same way. If you have a good trade-off already in how you split household duties, put up with a bit of annoyance. It's worth it. But YOU have to decide how much a "bit" is.

If one person ends up doing all the cooking--and resents it--it's time to renegotiate.

If a man *won't* cook for himself, but waits for the partner to come home, the partner either wants to do it--or is a wimp.

I have no advice for those who insist on ironing clothes--other than "Avoid cotton"!
