JohnP: I guess I put up with it because if I mention the unbalance in our jobs around the house I get the "eyes rolling, I'm being hen-pecked" attitude from him. He DOES do the yardwork and help with the kids but I'm pretty much the cook-grocer-clothes washer-house cleaner-bill payer. He's one of those "just let me know if you want me to do anything" types. He has to be asked to do anything around the house. For some unknown reason to me, he can't see if something is dirty and needs cleaning. He has to wait for me to tell him to clean it. But to give him credit he's great with the kids (just not much of a role model, in MY opinion)!
