I wondered it it was maybe 'totted' or 'toted' up, and also if it was 'shook' rather than 'took'
And I suppose the third verse they could be 'at lib' as in 'at liberty.' In these repeated playings, I'm starting to suspect that there is no apostrophe and s on the end of Jack as well. That is to say, the chorus goes: "Our Jack come home today..." What do you think?
