Wrote this one about/for my kids a couple of years ago...

WHEN

When you're asleep, you look like an angel,

when you're asleep and deep in your dreams,

When you're asleep, I stand back and wonder

when they talk of heaven is this what they mean?

When you awake, you bring out the sunrise,

when you awake, the day start to dawn.

When you awake the clouds start to scatter,

the long night is over and life can go on.
