Thou shalt not say thy parent is not there when they are standing next to you. Thou shalt not spend longer than 15 minutes on the telephone to any of thine associates, neither of the male or the female persuasion. Thou shalt have no dealings with the unclean chat lines, the double glazing salesmen nor the telephone survey company for these are all agents of evil. Thou shalt never answer 'yes' to any call that begins 'can you spare a few minutes to talk about insurance'
