All selling is based on the ability to ask questions and not to be deterred if you get an answer you cna't deal with of don't understand.....there is always another question.

Reading this thread it's obvious he had a lot of fans among us here. Almost every post has douglas Adams catch phrase and often several. Are you all as amazed as I am at the number of things we now say almost daily which come from his work?
