Alex, I have to say that at times in the past your posts have led me to feel that you were anti-Jewish (the word "anti-Semitic" being a flagrant misnomer in this context). I appreciate your post here and am glad to see I was wrong.

I have grave reservations as to many of Israel's -- and the Palestinians' -- policies and practices. I wish more attention could be paid to the thousands of Israelis and Arabs who are working very hard to forgive past crimes and to work together for peace. I wrote a message about this in an earlier thread, but can't find it.

Regarding Celtic-End Singer, when someone states, "This is a subject which is open to neither debate nor discussion nor understanding. There are not however hard you try to look 'two sides to the story' here," well, I guess he (or she) knows, and there's nothing else to say.
