I read the article fairly carefully Mick--you didn't read my post very carefully--the court's contention, at least as I get it through what has been reported(I haven't gotten a hold of the decision yet) is that in the case of Napster, because the files were exchanged among people who were primarily unknown to one another, the principles of fair use were not a primary issue--I will get the court documents and post them here, but I won't have time to look for them this weekend--At any rate, Napster is still there, and there are still plenty of files to he heard--
