Geez, Clinton, that pretty well covers it!By the way, Nova Scotia was NOT "The only place in North America to get bombed in the war". A very small Japanese plane, launched off a very large Japanese submarine, actually managed to drop a couple of little bombs on the America west coast. I think it was in Oregon or Washington, and I believe the pilot targeted some factory building. I don't know if anyone noticed at the time (the US military certainly did not), but it did happen.
Call it the "Doo-almost-nothing Raid"!
