Got a terrible itching to make a pot of chili this afternoon. It's smelling good, with garlic, basil, cumino, chili powder, cilantro, salt, onions, and a fresh herb I can't remember the name of. I want to say "chicate", but not at all sure that's anywhere near correct. It's leaves from a shrubby plant that is commonly used in Mexican chili. I can't get my head back to music until I either remember or somebody can help me with the name of that herb. Help. Oh, yeah, ya'll are welcome to drop in for a bowl of the stuff.
