From the horse's as...oops, I mean mouth himself, re' his "oral rehab":

I am home at Connie's place and things went just fine. We got in at 6 AM and they did the "do" at about 8. The doc said everything went well and I have some swelling and that kind of thing, but basically feel pretty good. Karen is going out for pain meds and and in about 3 days, things should be healed enough for real food.

That's one down and one to go, Spawdarlin'....so good to know this one went well!!
