Actually, this thread is very timely for me. I find myself in absolute dire strights, at the moment. Music work's been great, lots of work, and it's been good - lots of musical progress; very satisfying - but I'm facing serious financial woes. I have options, I don't like any of 'em. F*ck it, though. Life's too short - been looking at temp jobs, you know; loading trucks or typing and receptionist duties, stage hand - anything I can work a day and not interfere with music and travel sched. We'll see.
