I dislocated a bone in my foot, by kicking a lampost in a fit of pique once. I've also put my other foot through the wheel of my own bicycle.... Tripping over the cat gave me 3 days in hospital with concussion and whiplash(subsequent headache meant I wasn't judging distance properly, and backed the car into a bollard, thus causing the whiplash injury)......

Just lucky I guess....
