Perfectly natural kat... That man deserves no mercy for the callous mass murder of small children and ordinary people. I only advocate the use of the death penalty in extreme cases like this one (when there is no doubt of guilt at all) I regret that insanity would not be a reason to let someone off in my opinion. Protecting people should come first, and the danger of someone commiting more violence is a factor to determine it. A repeat, or mass murderer, then the death penalty should stand as the only suitable punishment. However, since it has been abused by judicial systems around the globe, I do not sanction its use for other killings. Yours, Aye. Dave
