Cleigh you could probably sell the little fella to one Dan Quayle, a one-time popular comedian who is known to have a weakness for small anatomically correct figures.

No idea where you'd find Mr Quayle today, but he doubtless has some important-sounding job which doesn' entail any actual responsibility or critical thinking skills. In fact, he might be in the basement of the White House.
