Last night I attended the usual Friday night Bluegrass Jam at Blue Ridge Music Co. and as usual it was great. After a little while picking old favorites, somehow we drifted into John Hartford. Seems like everyone knew at least one of his songs and it kept up over an hour.

Bobby, our Ace banjo picker did a super job pickin and singing "Gentle On My Mind".

As we broke up we realized we had never done his music before. Bout time we did. Jim
