So there's nothing to stop Baby Bush being elected in 2004 and again in 2008 - I mean they can't really count that shambles in November can they?
To balance that of course, by the same logic, if Gore were to get selected and elected in 2004 I imagine he'd only be allowed to serve one term...
Incidentally, during the election over here they were talking on the TV about delays for recounts. Apparently it takes about one quarter of an hour, with a manual count and an adequate number of people doing the counting. (And of course it wouldn't take any longer to carry out a recount in every single constituency than it does for just one.)
