Fibula if you are going as far south as Dingle... go a bit further and catch a boat out to Skellig Michael...... I still rave about that place..... it is wonderful..... you need to be reasonably fit to get up all the steps (but I did it with a 6 month old baby round my neck in a sling.... so it can't be too bad!!??)..... but the little monastery at the top is amazing.....

Achill is gorgeous....... my two favourite camp sites are at Dugort which is the middle of nowhere... but has a pub, a hotel, a little shop, a mountain and a wonderful beach.

There is a site (they are both VERY basic) right in the sand dunes, ... you get wakened by the braying of wild donkeys......and another called "Seal rocks" on the opposite side of the road.....

slainte
