I've played the Longs Peak Festival with Jennifer Roland a few times and can state that she is a BRILLIANT Cape Breton fiddler who does some dancing as well - while fiddling. Unfortunately, because of the (justified) popularity of Natalie McMaster, Jennifer gets compared with her. That's unfair, as Jennifer is an incredible talent in her own right, and her backing musician and record-producer Al Bennett is no slouch either. Tell them I said Hi and hope to see them in Colorado in September.
