Ya' know Amos, I never analyzed it. I liked Wimpy....a real hard nose scrounger of the first order...my kind of guy.

I'll tell you this, but don't let it get around...........I think I am one of only 9 people on the entire planet who admits to like that gawdawful "Popeye" movie. Talk about your complete tripe!!!! But for some odd reason I enjoy that stupid movie, especially the first 45 minutes. I think it's related to some genetic malfunction where out of the blue you like something when all of your senses tell you to run screaming into the night. I hate kung-fu movies and Schwarzenegger type action flicks and yet for some unfathomable reason, I'll tune in on that complete asshole Steven Seagal ANYTIME! I can't believe it myself and I have no idea why I watch!

I think ol' Neil Young is tied up in the same problem. I really don't care for him and will tune out on acoustic stuff, but I can't resist watching him as a rocker. I can never figure out whether he's playing that Les Paul or screwing it!
