Perhaps it would be advisable to point out to the management that Pog Ma Hone (not the correct spelling- I know) is Gaelic for Kiss My Arse! They might wish to re-think it as a possibility.
Over here in England there are various Pub Owning business chains. A number of years back they all jumped on a bandwagon of Irish Theme Pubs - I personally thought them an insult to a great culture. They called them Scruffy Murphy's and Durty Nelly's. Please avoid any such obnoxious titles (stick with Kiss My Arse, it's less insulting to EVERYONE).
If I had to come up with a name, I would go for one of the literary figures, or something musical - how about The Kerry Reels! or perhaps that favourite session tune - What is that tune called, Pat? The Blind Stag - No Eye Deer! ;0).
