First, I think its a question of what the rest of your set list is like.

Second, depends on how you got booked for the gig. Not flaming here, but you don't seem to even know the name of the organization you are doing a benefit for, so how much do you know about the potential audience? Do you know what the organization (and the disease) you are doing the benefit for are about?

Finally, when the gig was booked, what sort of parameteres were you given? Do you know who previous performers who preceded you in years past and what their music is like, that sort of thing?
