GOOD FOR YOU!!! Your body has already started to heal. I quit 18 years ago. What did it for me was being pregnant (not a smoking cessation method to recommend, obviously!)and suddenly those cigs were making me really sick.

It's tough taking care of someone with emphysema or lung cancer. They struggle just to breathe.

On a positive note, it's cool to be able to smell and taste again. Sharon
