I think it WAS Gill Burns - the name sounds familiar. Thanks to all, I will look up her recording. Abroad - I seem to remember it was when I was living in Dubai, c1981. (Member/musician, Dubai Sharjah Morris), but it COULD have been Luxembourg 1983.
BTW, We started a Morris side there, but it folded when we left in 1984. Our one and only dance-out was at our leaving do, where we had the services of Chris Birch as musician. (Chris is to be heard singing and playing on smany of Peter Bellamy's recordings, including his Kipling series - he was Peter's brother-in-law)
