Well, a Google search (or Webferret, which I use) will get you references to versions by Grateful Dead, Marley's Ghost and The Carter Family. You might want to try looking through the sheet music sites (I don't know if it would be old enough for Levy or The Library of Congress site) for any reference. Of course, you should start by doing a Digitrad and Forum Search!!!
