Musicman: If you go to the Links, and then to the Lester Levy Collection to Box 189 Item 121, you will find the Missouri Waltz that Bing Crosby sang and a couple of other versions of it. They aren't the words I grew up hearing, but the tune is the same and it is beautiful. A fiddle can really sing playing this one.
