I'm sorry this happened to your friend, Roger.This is becoming a bigger and bigger problem in Britain.....and elsewhere perhaps? I too wonder how they can do it and how they must feel afterwards....but right now, in my pink,fluffy, lefty, social-workery way, I'd like to peel the skin off 'em slowly and without anaesthetic.
