Whether Liberal, Conservative, or somewhere in the middle all that has been proved is that the Constitution as it is written DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE!! It gives protection to those who would do wrong to others but gives nothing to the victim. Maybe the Banana Republic approach is a whole lot better than all these damn highpriced and overpaid legal types that pride themselves on finding loopholes so that the SCUM they work for can walk free!! The whole problem is that money, not good sense or conscience rule our courts. I have little if any use for it!
