U'sda Utugi. Cherokee for 'Go with Good Hope.' This prayer I send up to those many who have entered the spirit world this day and to those many who have helped victims and to those many families and friends who have lost loved ones. The spirit of mother earth is not walking in beauty and peace on this day. Or many other days, for that matter. I also send up this prayer to those who feel they must take such actions and to their families as well.
