Thread Name: ADD: The Jukebox as She Turned (Jeff Deitchman)
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: '...what was on the jukebox'
I didn't find lyrics, but found this is old page. I don't know if it is still available.

hidden from the eye of chance is now available.

I'd like to say a big, big 'thank you' to all my friends who foolishly encouraged me; to the friends that have unselfishly passed on songs to me; to the folk clubs that have booked me over the years and to all those who helped me put the cd together. (Especially John Sutherland, Liz Merton, Tony Ricketts, Kerrin Worsfold and Tom Miskin.) A selection of traditional and contemporary classics (well I think they are). Twelve of my favourite ballads drawn from 30 years of singing in folk clubs in England and New Zealand. Songs to tug at head and heart:

pharaoh
the broom o' the cowden knowes
ned of the hill
chimes at midnight
holding back
the leaboy's lassie
bushes and briars
anathea
master kilby
gulf coast highway
I'm blowing away
I still remember what was on the jukebox as she turned

Also featuring two of New Zealand's most talented folk musician: John Sutherland: vocals, guitars and harmonica, Liz Merton: vocals and fiddle (Thank you John and Liz for your lovely harmonies and music!)

It's not a big production job, so if you'd like a copy please see me around the clubs or festivals or contact me direct:
tonyh@clear.net.nz or 04 479 6136 COST $18.00 (plus cost of post & packaging if ordered by phone or email)
Thanks Tony Hillyard

Don't know if that will help or not.......
