This reminds me of the words in the Bidford-on-Avon Mummers Play. At the end Trottin Jack says:
In comes I, ole Trottin Jack,
With me wife an' family on me back.
Out of seven I've got eleven,
And all the rest 'ave gone to 'eaven.
The wind blowed the pump up
An' the cat ran out o the ash hole.
