has anyone ever tried to actually bump a flame thread off the front by refreshing all the other front page threads?

I like a good heated discussion as much as the next guy but must admit that my dial-up connection doesn't have the speed to spend time here much anymore...I can't get past the UTTER bullshit that I find AFTER I've prompted a thread.

maybe my absence makes it less trafficked for the faithful and that's a good thing...
