I was actually in Toronto years ago. Somehow i ended up at a place called the Canada Bar (or something like that). It was a wild scene. The waiter would approach with a tray full of glasses of beer and demand, "how many you want?" Everyone was getting crocked, yet the bouncer was ejecting anyone who gave any real indication of being intoxicated. The band consisted of a man and woman on guitar and keyboard doing Sheena Easton covers while a very drunk old man (who the bouncer ignored) played the cow ribs. To this day, I'm not sure if i was actually there or if I dreamed. wild stuff. My next trip up there will be to hang out with the Newfies.
