This is what I hoped that would happen with this thread. Of course I know a lot about Lonnie D., but living in Holland and being 14 years old at the time I have never seen him appearing live. But we have been playing a lot of skiffle in the early sixties, opening our horizons to where it all came from, people like Leadbelly. In Dordrecht, Holland we seem to have a revival of folkgroups from the sixties. We even have planned some hootenannies in April and June, where these greyhaired people get together.
