hey Skarpi--think I got the answer for you.--Mike Stewart I believe is the brother of John Stewart of Kingston trio fame.--The Kingston Trio cut a song called farwell Captain on an album called Back In Town at the Hungry i---Not to be confused with the trios first Hungry i album with the white background drawing of San Fransisco.
