There WAS (although I have a feeling it may have deceased) a small pipes workshop at St Andrew's in the Square in Glasgow. Might have been Tuesday or Thursday evening.

I'll ask when I'm next in. Even if it's not on anymore - I'll see if they can suggest any contacts.
