No, I don't mean no music at all but no music for a particular thing. Music seems to add to everything, movies, tv, even elevators and stores but lets not go there. In any case what's out there that would just not be the same for you without the music? Could be a show, a pub, your house, your car, whatever.

OK, I'll start! For me, I went to a church service that my wife was singing at and they lined up all of the singers (6 of 'em) right across the front of the altar and the service revolved totally around the music. It was one of the most uplifting services I had been to in a long time and I realized that without music, for me, no church service would be quite the same.

So what is it for you? What loses it's luster if the music is removed?
