My dear wife of 27 years has been told that she has an inoperable bowel cancer that has spread to her stomach. Can anyone give me any hope??. Does anyone know of someone in a similar situation and how long they survived?. I'm completely distraught, my heart feels like its been torn from my body. I don't know what to do or think that will help us. Our family are around us and we give each other some degree of solace. Can anyone tell me of someone who survived for a length of time with a decent quality of life?.One Doctor says a couple of months, the other a year plus. Sorry if this sounds incoherent, I even find it difficult to type this. Please , is there any hope ?
