Thread Name: Secret Santa HINTS THREAD ;-)
Subject: RE: Secret Santa HINTS THREAD ;-)
1. what is your age range? (35 (not much of a range, eh?))

2. gender? (Mostly cat - a kind of big Tom)

3. Do you have a favorite color? (purple)

4. favorite authors/ type of book? (Science Fiction / Non-fiction, philosophy, music)

5. what books have you really been wanting? (None in particular - I've been focusing on Central Florida History for a while)

6. what type of music do you like? (Traditional Celtic - classical, 60's & 70's rock)

7. what cds have you really been wanting? (again, nothing in particular - I have a lot of cds (500 or so) and I sort of pick stuff that peak my fancy.

8. What movies (vhs is in the price range) have you been wanting? (I have mostly DVDs these days, but if someone can find a concert video of Clancy Brothers or the Chieftains (not Water From the Well - got that on DVD) or another major Celtic group, that'd be great - I don't have a credit card so it's difficult to get them on line)

9. what is your t-shirt size? (XL) - and I have a Mudcat T, though I'd be happy with other options)

10. do you collect anything? if so, what? (Well, my home sort of looks like a cross between a Irish pub and a Key West bar - I have lots of tea towels, photos and artwork, candles, etc., I also have a mineral collection)

11. what are some of your other hobbies? (I sing traditional Celtic songs, play tin whistle, study history - I'm the historian of a local tour company - I sew and design cards and the such. I do a lot of vounteering at my Unitarian Church and at other places.)

12. do you prefer gold-tone or silver-tone jewelry? (I don't care for jewelry too much)

13. please include anything else you feel is important that would help your secret santa know what you would like. (It depends on if your from somewhere outside of the U.S. - interesting rocks/minerals, beer coasters, history books about your town, anything like that would be great. In fact, anything that "says" where your from would be great. Little stuff would be neat - a bunch of small things - or homemeade stuff. Really, the thought is so much more important.

Cheers!
