Are we talking something just on a weekend? With this amount of lead time & people coming a long way, why not make it a real vacation, longer & during the week, or a least running into the week. If we wanted to coordinate with FSGW, make it Mon.-Thurs. the week following. I bet the rates would be cheaper then as well.
