WYSIWYG: I see the notes at the end of the line, but the one at the start of the line is a dud.
Mr Red: The HTML Spec (4.) defines characters with ASCI/ANSI/ISO numbers up to at least 8482, and I think it goes quite a bit further than that. You need to extend your Excel chart. That will include a lot of garbage, but 160 thru 255, 402, 913 thru 982, 8226, 8230, 8482 are mostly good numbers.
