He did die of natural causes, but if he had lasted much longer, it might have been murder..........and about the singing out of a book--how about the people who Perform--with paper and a music stand? If you need paper and a music stand you don't KNOW the tune/song......and no way can you modulate to a different key.....How can you "perform" a song if you have to look at the paper???
